  • Send a detailed statement to the owner on a monthly basis
  • Collect monthly rental from the tenant and handle interest bearing & trust deposits
  • Contact with defaulting tenants until payment has been made
  • Feedback to the owner in the case of a defaulting tenant
  • Co-ordinate legal proceedings and evictions
  • Payment of water & electricity on the owner’s behalf
  • Payment of authorized maintenance or repair expenses on the owner’s behalf
  • Payment of levies on the owner’s behalf
  • Full administration of minor repairs and maintenance
  • Tenant monthly Debit Order facility
